DCX3 Aseptic Bearing Shut-off Valve

The aseptic bearing shut-off valve is fitted with a fluid (cleaning / rinsing) or vapor circulation bearing. This configuration allows for sterilizing the valve components in contact with the exterior before encountering the fluid process when handling the valve.

DCX4 Diaphragm Divert Valve

DMX DMAX Diaphragm Valve

The DMX DMAX diaphragm valve allows for retention free flow and a constant flow diameter. Its design, integrating a physical barrier between the interior of the valve and the external environment, makes for a valve particularly adapted to the pharmaceutical industry.

Divert Valves

A divert valve is used for directing the flow in a given direction. It allows the flow to be stopped in the upper or lower valve path or to run freely along both paths. DCX4 FRACT Fractional Divert Valve

Isolation Valves

Isolation valves are often associated with another function, depending on the type of seal (all elastomer, diaphragm, metal to metal), the intended usage of the valve (sampling, adjusting, protecting other parts) but also the environment in which it is used (aseptic, explosive, etc). Regulating Valves

Regulating valves enable precise output adjustment. They can be used for controlling a filling level, additive dosage or adjusting a blending temperature. Fitted with seals they also work in isolation. It is therefore possible to progressively start or stop the flow to limit jumps and jolts without adding extra valves. Sampling Valves

Sampling consists of removing a quantity of liquid to verify its aspect, composition or quality. Tank bottom Shut Off Valves

DCX3 FC Tank Bottom Single Sealing Shut-off Valve

The DCX3 Tank Bottom Valve, fitted with a mass-flange, is used for isolating the tank from the process during emptying or filling of the tanks.

VEOX FC Tank Bottom Double Independent Plugs Mixproof Valve

The VEOX FC double independent plugs tank bottom mixproof valve isolates the tank from the flow circuit. Visualization of the leak is assured by a fixed leak outlet. It integrates a physical cutoff between the 2 circuits and authorizes the crossing of two different fluids.

Sanitary Butterfly Valves

Sanitary Wafer Flanged Ball Valves

The Culver Wafer Flanged Ball Valve is a class 1000 ball valve with ANSI 150 RF flanged ends. It is an economical and compact version of the traditional flanged ball valve and can be locked in a full open or closed position for safety and security or in a remote location.

The Culver Stainless Steel Wafer Flanged Ball Valve is available in sizes from 1.5" to 6.0"

Sanitary Check Valves

Culver Check Valves are a 3A sanitary design. A fully machined two-piece construction. Engineered angle design for fail-safe opening and closing. Springs are sanitary stainless steel. O-rings and seal rings are available in EPDM, silicone and Viton materials.

Cipriani Harrison Ball valves are made up of forged precision machined ball with a full port, assembled inside a valve body with two flanges.

Ball Valves are available with a comprehensive range of seal options, to fit in the required use. Different options of seals are available to suite different thermal environments as well as chemical resistance.

Our seals are available for a variety of thermal environments as well as chemical resistance. We also offer a specially designed PTFE seal, for use with more aggressive media.

Ball Valve Cleaning

Purge Port

Ball valves are available with a purge port for cleaning the cavity formed between the ball and the body. During the cleaning cycle the cleaning fluid is passed through the purge port.

If you do not intend to us the purge ports for cleaning, the cavity can be partially or fully filled with a cavity filler. The cavity filler is manufactured from food grade PTFE and ensures no residual product gets trapped inside the ball valve.
