Aseptic Valves

The Definox aseptic valves have either a physical barrier between the interior and exterior of the valve, or a built-in device for sterilizing the valve components in contact with the exterior.

The aseptic bearing shut-off valve is fitted with a fluid (cleaning / rinsing) or vapor circulation bearing. This configuration allows for sterilizing the valve components in contact with the exterior before encountering the fluid process when handling the valve.

DMX DMAX Diaphragm Valve

Definox DMX DMAX Diaphragm Valve

The DMX DMAX diaphragm valve allows for retention free flow and a constant flow diameter. Its design, integrating a physical barrier between the interior of the valve and the external environment, makes for a valve particularly adapted to the pharmaceutical industry.

Divert Valves

A divert valve is used for directing the flow in a given direction. It allows the flow to be stopped in the upper or lower valve path or to run freely along both paths. For independent double plug valves, there are more than twenty standard configurations available. Plus a stepped and 3-body version allows for even more combinations.

The single seal valve DCX4, is designed to respond efficiently to your demands. It is both easy to clean and functional. It comes equipped with a PFA floating seal.

Isolation Valves

Isolation valves are often associated with another function, depending on the type of seal (all elastomer, diaphragm, metal to metal), the intended usage of the valve (sampling, adjusting, protecting other parts) but also the environment in which it is used (aseptic, explosive, etc). The main isolation usage consists in isolating the entire line, or a part of the fluid flow process, by totally closing off the liquid flow.

Regulating Valves

Regulating valves enable precise output adjustment. They can be used for controlling a filling level, additive dosage or adjusting a blending temperature. Fitted with seals they also work in isolation. It is therefore possible to progressively start or stop the flow to limit jumps and jolts without adding extra valves. The dedicated actuator positions and adjusts the valve opening for the desired flow rate.

Sampling Valves

Sampling consists of removing a quantity of liquid to verify its aspect, composition or quality. Before sampling, the sampling devise needs to be sterilized (sterilization in line by cleaning products or steam flashing or flame sterilization of valve paths). Most often installed on tanks or filling pipes, the sampling valves PEX PEAX embed easily thanks to their multiple connections and allows collect ion of fluids from the most liquid to the most viscous.

Tanks can be fitted with diverse parts or valves depending on their function (storage, fermentation, blending, etc.). Valves adapted for tank usage enable transfer operations, cleaning or sampling. These parts are the guarantee of protection, either when empty or under pressure.

Ball Valves

Sanitary Ball valves are used in the process piping system for either isolation or diversion of the fluid. The valve can be manually or automatically operated. Seals

Cipriani Harrison Ball valves are made up of forged precision machined ball with a full port, assembled inside a valve body with two flanges.

Ball Valves are available with a comprehensive range of seal options, to fit in the required use. Different options of seals are available to suite different thermal environments as well as chemical resistance.

Our seals are available for a variety of thermal environments as well as chemical resistance. We also offer a specially designed PTFE seal, for use with more aggressive media.

Purge Port

Cipriani Harrison End Connections

Ball valves are available with a purge port for cleaning the cavity formed between the ball and the body. During the cleaning cycle the cleaning fluid is passed through the purge port.

If you do not intend to us the purge ports for cleaning, the cavity can be partially or fully filled with a cavity filler. The cavity filler is manufactured from food grade PTFE and ensures no residual product gets trapped inside the ball valve.
